WHO ARE WE?
With the changing of times, more and more people are coming to realise the importance of working through their pain in order to lead healthier, functional lives. We too, feel that it is time to share our story and where it brought us in our lives. Our aim is to encourage others to heal and take into consideration that they are not alone in their pain.
Growing up in a dysfunctional family brought many traumas to our childhood life. We came from a closed cultural family system, where we developed unhealthy behaviours and limiting beliefs which caused dramas and patterns in our adult life. We decided that if we didn’t swim, we’d sink.
We chose to find the 'LOVE' in our trauma, learn from our experiences and heal from our past wounds that kept us bound to our inner mental and emotional turmoil.
Many have not realised that with balance and duality, we will always experience both sides of the fence. We found great strength, courage, empathy, compassion, gratitude for life and a greater love for our self.

What do you think your pain is trying to teach you???
At Innerlight journeys, we understand that pain has an opposite side, being Joy, Love, Healing and Gratitude for the experiences of our lives. Our passion is to assist all those who are trying to find their way to Wholeness.
We are dedicated to guiding those who feel victimised to their past wounds through offering personal development courses and one on one therapy’s, so that they too can find the 'LOVE' in their traumas.
Everyone has a story, but we’re all in the same boat.
