Tuning fork or crystal bowls sound healing sessions are most affective with people who are highly stressed and need to learn to let go and relax. These are a wonderful way to align and centre the body’s subtle energies and free the mind. These are very peaceful healing experiences, either one on one or in classes and group atmosphere. Yolanda loves her sound tools and plays from the heart to create a breathtaking symphony of healing sounds for whoever is listening.
